RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -013
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 01-01
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the County
4 and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to sell:

17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing
18 on the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 1 s t day of May
19 2001, at 7 p.m., at the Council Chambers , Whatcom County, Washington; and,
20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
21 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
