RE: Supplemental #7 — Sudden Valley Restrictive Covenant
DATE: July 13, 2001
i,:.
The Council has previously approved the purchase of a restrictive covenant
which will be applicable to certain Sudden Valley lots. After review, it is
appropriate and legal to have the funding source for this purchase be the
Conservation Futures funds. Therefore, this supplemental budget authorization
is proposed for making that purchase.
