AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAI,
BUDGET FOR THE LOCAL PUBLIC C OI.1,KS FUND
FOR 1979
WHEREAS, the anticipated revenues of the Local Public
Works Fund for 1979 will reflect an increase of $106,500; and
WHEREAS, estimated expenditures for 1979 will increase
by a like amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
Section 1: That the Local Public Works Fund budget be
increased and distributed through a supplemental budget as follows:

declares that an emergency exists and that this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health,
safety, or for the support of county government and its existing
public institutions.
