ORDINANCE NO. 79 -79
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE SUPERIOR COURTS BUDGET
FOR 1979.
WHEREAS, the Superior Court Budget will exceed anticipated expend-
itures for the 1979 year, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Current Expense Cash
Balance to allow for a Supplemental Budget for the balance of 1979,
as requested by the Superior Court Judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Superior Court Budget for 1979
is hereby given the following Supplemental Budget:
REVENUE: 301 Current Expense Cash Balance $32,000.00
EXPENDITURES: 0000 -0025 Superior Courts
512 -20 -31 Professional Services $32,000.00
