ORDINANCE NO. 79 -75
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE ASSIGNED COUNSEL DEPART-
MENT FOR 1979.
WHEREAS, the Defending Attorney fees within the Assigned Counsel
Department have exceeded anticipated expenditures for 1979, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Current Expense Cash
Balance to allow for a Supplemental Budget for the balance of 1979,
as requested by the Director of Assigned Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Assigned Counsel Department
Budget for 1979 is given the following Supplemental Budget:
REVENUE: 301 Current Expense Cash Balance $36,000.00
EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0030 Assigned Counsel
512 - 11731 -01 Defending Attorney Fees $36,000.00
