ORDINANCE NO. 79 -74
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON
LINDBERGH AVENUE
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCW 46.61.570, to erect and
maintain upon the County roads such appropriate signs as to
prohibit stopping, standing, or parking on specified roads or
places,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that parking will be restricted
as follows:
"NO PARKING ": on the north side of LINDBERGH AVENUE
from the Bellingham City limits north-
westerly to marine Drive.
Located in the SE14 of Section 23, Township
38 North, Range 2 East, W.14.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineerbe and is
hereby directed to post the appropriate signs and that the Whatcom
County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol be notified by a
copy of this ordinance.
PASSED this 20th day of December, 1979.
