ORDINANCE NO. 79 -61
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A BUDGET DECREASE AND REVISION WITHIN
THE PUBLIC WORKS RIVER IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR 1979•
WHEREAS, the anticipated revenues, including beginning
unencumbered cash balance of the River Improvement Fund,
will reflect a net decrease of $28,190.45, and
WHEREAS, estimated expenditures for 1979 need be decreased
by a net like amount, and
WHEREAS, functions within the fund operation requiring
expenditures are being accounted for in a manner foreign
to the authorized line items of appropriation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the River Improvement
Fund Budget for 1979 shall be decreased and revised as
follows:
