AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLE-
MENTAL BUDGET FOR THE LAW LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, The Law Library of Whatcom County has additional unbudgetedl
expenses as a result of the rising cost of books,.and
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Budget has been requested by the Law Library
to cover these necessary costs, and i
,WHEREAS, there are additional funds available for expenditure in the
Law Library Fund in 1979 to accomplish this transfer of funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget is
approved for the Law Library for the balance of 1979:
0111 -0403 LAW LIBRARY FUND
REVENUE 301 Beginning Cash Bal. $ 2,750.00
EXPENDITURES 512- 70- 64 -.01 Books & Other
Library Material $ 2,750.00
