AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF CHANGING A STOP SIGN
TO A YIELD SIGN ON 18ST MAIN ROAD.

WHEREAS, a request for the above was received from the
Washington State Patrol and a subsequent engineering invest-
igation made, and it was found that conditions warrant a yield sign;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Stop Sign be
changed to a Yield Sign on nest Main Road approximately
150 feet, east of the Berthusen Road. This is located in
Section 24, Township 40 North, Range 2 East, W.M.
BE IT F'URTfiER ORDAINED that the County Engineer be and is
hereby directed to post the appropriate sign and that the
Whatcotn County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol, be
notified by a copy of this ordinance.
