ORDINANCE NO. 79-55
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
FOR THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT /P.W. FUND FOR 1979.
WHEREAS, the anticipated revenues including beginning
unencumbered cash of the Solid Waste Management
Fund for 1979, will reflect a net increase of $18,378,
and,
WHEREAS, estimated expenditures for 1979, including
an ending unencumbered cash balance will increase by
a net like amount,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Solid Waste
Management Fund Budget shall be increased and distributed
through a supplemental budget, as follows:
