ORDINANCE NO. 79 -50
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF PLACING STOP SIGNS IN
THE PLAT OF BIRCH CREST ESTATES IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 40
NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, W.M.
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCW 46.61.2009 it is found
necessary and expedient to place traffic control signs on
certain county roadsv
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that stop signs be placed
as follows:
ONE (1) STOP SIGN at each of following locations:
1) on ROB -LEE DRIVE at its intersection with
Leeside Drive on the south side of Leeside Drive.
2) on ROB -LEE DRIVE at its intersection with Leeside
Drive on the west side of Leeside Drive.'
Both located in the Plat of Birch Crest Estates
in Section 319 Township 40 North'" .
Range 1 East' W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer be and is
hereby directed to post the appropriate sign and that the
I-Thatcom County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol be
notified by a copy of this ordinance.
