AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEM
BUDGET FOR THE ADULT PROBATION DEPAR___.
OF THE WHATCOM COUNTY DISTRICT COURT IN
THE 1979 ANNUAL BUDGET,
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has entered into agreements with the small
towns of the County to provide probation services through the
Whatcom County Probation Department commencing August, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the contracts for probation services include payments to
be made to the County by the towns under contract, and
WHEREAS, the forementioned payments will be incorporated into the
budget of the Probation Department and be utilized as salary and
benefits for the services of a probation officer.
NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget
is hereby approved for the Whatcom County District Court Adult
Probation Department for the year 1979.
