ORDINANCE NO. 79 -40
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE JUVENILE PROBATION DEPART-
MENT'S 1979 ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Juvenile Probation Department has been
awarded a Contract from the Department of Social and Health Serv-
ices, Washington State, contract number 1547 -CGG- 22619, in compli-
ance with R.C.W. 13.06, and Basic Agreement 9301 - LTG - 11792, and
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Budget is necessary to incorporate these
additional ;funds for the balance of 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Head of the Juvenile Probation Department has requeste
a Supplemental Budget and the funds exist in Current Expense Cash
to provide for this until reimbursement under this contract in
January, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the following Supplemental Budget
is approved for the Juvenile Probation Department's 1979 Budget:
REVENUE: 334 -27 -00 Special Supervision - Juvenile Court $18,400.0
