ORDINANCE NO. 79 -18
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLE-
MENTAL BUDGET FOR THE SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, the Washington State Legislature enacted a raise in the
I
salaries of Superior Court Judges to be effective July, 1979, and
the County pays half of the salaries of judges, and
WHEREAS, a change in the rate of contribution to the State Retire-
ment System has occurred effecting the three Court Reporters and
Ithe Juvenile Court Commissioner, and
WHEREAS, the Court Commissioner has been added to those receiving
health insurance, and
WHEREAS, there exists in the Current Expense Cash Fund sufficient
money to accomplish this transfer of funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following .Supplemental Budget
lis approved for the Superior Court for the balance of 1979:

EXPENDITURES: 0000 -0025 SUPERIOR COURT
