AN ORDINANCE regarding a budget revision
request for the Whatcom County Infirmary,
d /b /a/ NOR -BELL NURSING HOME.
SECTION 1: WHEREAS, NOR -BELL NURSING HOLE has unbudgeted revenue available
as follows:
a. 301 -00 -00 Net Cash Balance from 1978 Income $24,802.45
b. Per Diem Rate Raise from State of Washington .
Department of Social & Health Services allowed
for additional employment of Licensed Practical
Nurses to bring staffing to state requirements $19,618.50
C. Per Diem Rate Raise for Heavy Care Patient $ 890.60
for an additional cash:flow� total for.fiscal year .1979 of $45,311.55
and
SECTION 2: WHEREAS a revision to NOR -BELL NURSING HUME 1979 budget has been
written incorporating these additional monies,
SECTION 3: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the NOR -BELL NURSING HONE budget
shall be amended to incorporate the additional $45,311.55 in accordance with
the following accounts:
