This Ordinance implemented a vehicle and traffic code as part of the Whatcom County Code and adopted by reference portions of the State Motor Vehicle Code contained - in RCW Chapter 46. Appendix "A" (designated as Title 10.40.070 of the County Code) lists various sections of the RCW which were incorporated by reference. One such section is RCW 46.44.0406 .The correct reference should read RCW 46.44.0410 In regard to another Ordinance, you have corrected a typographical error by circulation of: a memorandum to the various departments. It is my request that a similar notice be circulated with regard to the provisions of Ordinance No. 80 -108. Specifically, would you advise the appropriate parties that the 1. above clerical error should be corrected in order to insure that the correct provision is set forth.
