AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY JAIL BUDGET
FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the prisoner population has been greater: and,.therefore,
expenses higher than:. anticipated in the 1980 budget, and
WHEREAS, it is the request of the Sheriff to receive a supplemental
budget to allow for the payment of ekpenses for.the balance of the
year, and such monies do exist within the Sheriff 1980 Budget which
will revert back into the Current Expense Fund at the end of this
year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget is
hereby authorized for the .1980 Jail Budget.

EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0017 Jail
523 -60 -12 Overtime $3,500.00
523 -60 -22 Operating Supplies 3,100.00
