AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
BUDGET, 1980
WHEREAS, an unusually high number of appeals to the 1980 Board of
Equalization, and the time required to process and hear said
appeals, incurred unanticipated budget expenditures, and
WHEREAS, it is the request of the Chairman.of the Board of Equali-
zation that the budget be extended to cover related expenses, and
WHEREAS, there
are suffic -ient
funds
within the Current Expense
Cash Balance to
allow
for a supplemental
budget;
