AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF THE LARRY E. MOUNT REVOLVING FUND AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE WHATCOM COUNTY:HOME:RULE CHARTER, ARTICLE 61 SECTION 6.72 WHEREAS, expenditures have "exceeded the anticipated and budgeted level within..the Larry E. M©unt Revolving Fund, and; WHEREAS, there is and will be a continuing need for expenditures from this fund at an increased level, and WHEREAS, there is sufficient funds within.the Current Expense Cash Balance.to allow „for such an appropriation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following increase in the Larry E. Mount Revolving Fund is approved: REVENUE: 301 Current Expense Cash Balance $4,000.00 EXPENDITURE: Larry E. Mount Revolving Fund $4,000.00 BE IT ALSO ORDAINED, the Council finds that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, healtY safety, and /or support of the County Government. This ordinance ishall take effect immediately when. approved by the County Executive.
