ORDINANCE NO. 80 -84
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE 1980 MEDICAL EXAMINER BUDGET
WHEREAS, funds have been expended at an unanticipated rate from
the Medical Examiner's.Budget for autopsy purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Medical Examiner to receive
additional funding for the purpose of performing probable future
1980 autopsies, and
WHEREAS, a cash balance exists within the Current Expense Fund to
allow for such a transfer of funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the. following Supplemental Budget
is hereby approved for the 1980 Medical Examiner's Budget:
REVENUE: 301 Cash Balance $51000.00
EXPENDITURES: 0000 -0011 Medical Examiner
563- 30 -31 -01 Professional Services /Autopsy $51000.00
