AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE RIVER IMPROVEMENT FUND
FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the unencumbered fund balance of the River Improvement
Fund for 1980 has reflected a net increase of $65,945.67, and
WHEREAS, estimated expenditures for 1980 will increase by a like
amount,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the River Improvement Fund
for 1980 is increased and distributed thru a Supplemental Budget.
