AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE ASSIGNED COUNSEL BUDGET
FOR 1980
WHEREAS,
the
Assigned
Counsel
Department
has experienced
1980
expenditures
in
excess
of the
anticipated
amount,
and
WHEREAS, there will continue to be a need for expenditures for the
balance of 1980, and
6:THEREAS, it has been requested by the Assigned Counsel Director to
receive a Supplemental Budget to cover these expenses and such
monies do exist within the Current Expense Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget
is hereby authorized for the Assigned Counsel Budget for 1980:
REVENUE: 301 Current Expense Cash Balance $100,000.00
EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0030 Assigned Counsel Budget
