AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET ',FOR THE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT
FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the County Sheriff 1980 Budget has paid expenditures
which are reimbursable!lfrom Current Expense Fund, and
WHEREAS, a clerical error in the printed 1980 budget shows a
salary level to be $9,000.00 less than•it was and is approved by
Council, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Sheriff to transfer this
reimbursable money and omitted funding into the 1980 Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following.Supplemental Budget.
