AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE POINT ROBERTS FLOOD
CONTROL ZONE. DISTRICT" CONSTRUCTION' FUND
TO THE POINT ROBERTS.`,FLOOD CONTROL -ZONE
DISTRICT BOND REDEMPTION FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there will be no further
expenditures from the Point Roberts Flood Control _Zone District
Construction Fund for construction purposes, and
WHEREAS,
this money
was
initiated for
the purpose of
payment of
the
Point
Roberts
Flood
Control
Zone
District
Bonds,
and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Director of Public Works that
the remaining balance be transfered to the Point Roberts Flood
Control Zone District Bond Redemption Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the following transfer of funds is
hereby authorized
FROM: POINT ROBERTS FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION FUND
$12,715.43
TO: POINT ROBERTS FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT BOND REDEMPTION
FUND
