AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
FOR THE
funds
JUVENILE
COURT /PROBATION DEPARTMENT WITHIN
THE .CURRENT
for such
EXPENSE
FUND FOR 1980
WHEREAS,
the 1980 budget did not allow for
a payout on the
following Supplemental
retiring Juvenile
Court Administrator;' and
is hereby
authorized for the 1980
WHEREAS,
court referrals during.the past eighteen
months
have
increased the
population of Juvenile Detention
by 200 %, which
in
turn, has increase
expenses for meals, supervision,
and supplies;
EXPENDITURE:

$10,914.00
WHEREAS, it
is the request of the
Juvenile Court Administrator
that
a supplemental
budget be granted
to cover these expenses,
and
sufficeint
funds
do exist within the Current
Expense Fund to
allow
for such
a budget;
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED the
following Supplemental
Budget
is hereby
