ORDINANCE NO, 80 -63

AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF REMOVING STOP SIGNS FROM:
(1) BLAINE ROAD, (2) SO.CHURCH.ROAD, AND (3) SUNRISE ROAD,
WHEREAS, the above - mentioned stop ;signs are not serving a real
traffic purpose, and
WHEREAS, RCW 46.61.200 denotes I the power to determine', and desig-
nate requirement of stop signs, and
WHEREAS, the Department of PublicWorks Engineering and Operations
Traffic Technician, after field review and observation, recommends
that these stop signs be removed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following stop signs be
removed:
1) On BLAINE ROAD where southbound traffic now stops at
the Alderson Road in Section 31, Township 39 North,
Range 1 East of W.M.. Said Alderson Road traffic shall
continue to stop for the Blaine Road traffic,
2) On SO. CHURCH ROAD where northbound traffic now stops
at Douglas Road in Section 30, Township 39 North,
Range 2 East of W.M. Said Douglas Road traffic shall
continue to stop `for ' the So. Church Road traffic.
3) On SUNRISE ROAD where southbound traffic now stops at
the Burke Roadjin Section 6, Township 40 North,
Range 2 East of W.M. .Said Burke Road traffic shall
continue to stop for the'Sunrise Road traffa,c'."
