AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCF:.NO. 80 -26, REGARDING A
CHANGE IN THE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE SAXON ROAD BRIDGE
#127A AND THE GOOSEBERRY POINT DERRY .LANDING
WHEREAS, weight restrictions were set on the Saxon Road Bridge
#127A in Ordinance No. 80 -26, and the Gooseberry Point Ferry landint
pending anticipated improvements; and,
WHEREAS, improvements have been made to the Saxon'Road Bridge
and Gooseberry Point Ferry Landing;
NOM, THEREFORE, BE:IT ORDAINED that Ordinanc.e.No. :80 -26 be
amended as follows:

That the load lim.i s: on the above be changed as `follows:
BRIDGE NO. BRIDGE NAME
127A SAXON ROAD BRIDGE Change.;load limit from
20 tans'' "to 36 tons
SO4 GOOSEBERRY FERRY Chang'e� load limit from
SLIP 20 tons to 25 tons
