AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80 -12
REGARDING METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR MEALS
PURCHASED DURING TRAVEL ON COUNTY BUSINESS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80 -12 was adopted February 21, 1980
and included in it in Section One a provision that receipt would be
required for reimbursement for meals, it has come to the attention
of the County Executive's Office that it is often impractical and
sometimes impossible to obtain a receipt for each individual meal
purchased and that a more suitable method be adopted for reim-
bursement for meals purchased while on county business. j
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Section One of
Ordinance 80 -12 be amended in the following particular:
Meals: At cost, sworn . declaration of
cost or receipt required.
