ORDINANCE NO. 80-42
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON ASH AVENUE
WHEREAS, in compliance with R.C.W. 46.61.200, it is found
necessary and expedient to place traffic control signs on
cettain County roads,
NOW,; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that stop signs be placed
as follows:
TWO (2) STOP SIGNS at the following locations:
(1) East end of ASH AVENUE at intersection with Maple
Avenue
(2) West end of ASH AVENUE at intersection with South
Beach Road
Both signs located in 11, Township 40 North, Range
3 West of W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAIN-ED,, that the County Engineer be and is
hereby directed to post the-appropriate signs and that the Whatcon
County Sheriff,,.and"the Washington State Patrol 'be.notifi.ed by a
copy of this ordinance.
