AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
FOR ` HE . WHATCOM COUNTY TREASURER'S 1980 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the three Burroughs model E64 - -14 in the Treasurer's
office are superannuated and require regular repairs, and.
WHEREAS, it is essential that the Treasurer's office have equip-
ment which can perform the necessary' functions to produce tax
related paperwork in a timely .fashion, along with the Assessor's
office, to comply with State laws, and.
Whereas, it is the desire of the County Treasurer to effect an
interim replacement of the equipment and funds do exist in the
Current Expense Cash .Balance to accomplish this request,
NOW, THEREFORE-', BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget
for the County Treasurer's 1980 Budget is approved as follows:
REVENUE: 301 Cash Balance $ 6,713.00
EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0027 Treasurer
514 -22 -39 Rentals $ 3,428.00
514 -22 -38 Repair & Maintenance 3,285.00
