ORDINANCE NO. 80 -35
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR
THE WHATCOM COUNTY JAIL 1980 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Sheriff's Department has received
a Federal Law hnkorcement Assistant .Agency Grant for a. transport-
ation officer for the Whatcom County Jail, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Sheriff to have these funds
incorporated into the 1980 budget so that they may be expended,
w
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following Supplemental
Budget for the County Jail 1980 Budget: is hereby authorized as
follows:
REVENUE:
333- 23 -60 -11 federal LEAA Grant $10,361.00
334- 23 -60 -11 State "Buy In" Grant 518.00
301 Cash Balance 260.00
$11,139.00
EXPENDITURE:
523- 60- 11 -11 Transportation. Officer $10,879.00
523 -60 -14 Uniform Allowance 260.00
$11,139.00
