AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE IN
THE ADVANCE TRAVEL EXPENSE REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, an Advance Travel Revolving Fund in the amount of $500.
was established by Resolution on April 20, 1979, for the purpose
of making advance payments of travel expense, and depends upon
reimbursement from those using it via their departmental budgets,
and
WHEREAS, the Advance Travel Revolving Fund was increased to the
present amount of $5,000.00, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and request of the County Auditor to
increase the base amount of this fund from $5,000.00 to $9,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Advance Travel Expense Revolving
Fund is hereby increased to a base amount of $9,000.00, and remit
will be by Treasurer's check to said fund,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that Joan Ogden, What.com County Auditor,
shall be the custodian of said fund.
PASSED this 22nd day of May 1980.
