AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE IMPOSITIQN OF
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON BRIDGES WITHIN
WHATCOM COUNTY PURSUANT TO R.C.W. 4'6.44.080
PREAMBLE: WHEREAS, R.C.W. 46.44.080 grants Whatcom
County the authority to reduce weight limits on bridges;
WHEREAS, structural inadequacies necessitate the im-
position of the following weight restrictions:
