ORDINANCE NO. 80 -25
AN ORDINANCE RISTRICTING THE SP);ED LIMIT ON HOFF ROAD
AND DOUGLAS AVENUE
WHEREAS, The What.com'County Council is authorized under
RCW 46.61.41S to establish speed limits on certain County
Roads,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that speed limits be set
as follows: r
REDUCTION OF SPEED LIMIT FROM 50 MPH to 25 MPH on:
1) HOFF ROAD between Country Lane and DouglAs Avenue
2) DOUGLAS AVENUE between Rural Avenue and Hoff Road
Both located in Section 16, Township 38 North, Range
2 East of W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer be and is
hereby directed to post appropriate signs and that the Whalcom
County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol be notified
by a copy of this ordinance.
Wh.atcom County Code, Section 6.12.030 is amended by the
addition of the provisions! of this ordinance.
PASSED this 8th days of Play, 1930.
