ORDINANCE- NO. 80 -23
AN ORDINANCE: REGARDING THE ?NFA'I" ER 01' PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON AGATE HEIGHTS ROAD AND BLACK MOUNTAIN ROAD
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCI1r 46.61.200, it is found
necessary and expedient to place traffic control signs
on certain county roads,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that stop signs be placed
as follows:
ONE. (1) STOP SIGN at each of ti-,e fo:l.l.owi.ng locutions:
(1) on AGATI HEIGHTS ROAD at its intersection w;i.th North
Shore Road in Section 24, 'Township 38 North, Range
(2) on BLAC'< IMOLIN'TA1N ROAD at. its intcrsection with the
Silver Lake Road in Section 6, Township 40 North,
Range 6 East., W.M.
BE I1' FURTHER ORDAINCED that the County Engineer be and is
hereby directed to post the appropriate sign and that the Whatcom
County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol be notified by
a cop%F of this ordinance. h
