ORDINANCE NO. 80 -21
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE
PUBLIC WORKS COUNTY ROAD FUND FOR 1980.
WHEREAS, the anticipated revenue including beginning unencumbered cash
balance will reflect a net increase of $269,982.70, and
WHEREAS, estimated expenditures for 1980, including ending unencumbere<
cash balance, will increase by like amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the road fund budgeted shall be
increased and distributed through a supplemental budget as follows:
REVENUE:
301 -00 Beginning; unencumbered cash $317,982.70
330 Intergovernmental revenue
332 Federal shared revenues
332 -95 Federal aid - bridges (48,000.00)
Total intergovernmental revenue (48,000.00)
Total including beginning fund balance $269,982.70
EXPENDITURES:
540 Transportation
541 Road and street construction $ 27,000.00
Total transportation $ 27,000.00
501 Ending unencumbered cash $242,982.70
Total including ending fund balance $269,982.70
