AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING FUND
FOR THE USE OF THE NOR -BEL NURSING HOME,
REPEALING A RESOLUTION WHICH ESTABLISHED A
SMALL CHANGE FUND FOR THE NOR -BEL NURSING
HOME ON DECEMBER 2, 1968 I
PREAMBLE: It is deemed appropriate that a revolving .fund be I
established to permit personnel to collect and give receipts for
monies paid to the Nor -Bel Nursing Home, and to make change
promptly when appropriate. By resolution on December 2, 1968, a
small change fund of $500 was set up for this purpose, but it has
been discovered that $250 will be sufficient. It is contemplated
that this fund will be used regarding C.O.D. deliveries, registered
and certified mail, emergency expenditures for items that are not
available through the regular open account suppliers. This Council
finds that it is expedient, advisable and in the best public
interest that such a fund be continued for the use of Nor -Bel
Nursing Home, and that such .fund be provided for by Ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF WHA7COM COUNTY:
SECTION l: A revolving fund is created for the use of the Nor -Bel
16 Nursing Home, and the warrant which was issued on December 2, 1968,
17 for $500 be used to continue this fund. That $250 will. be refunded
18 from the Nor -Bel Nursing Rome to bring the amount in the fund down
19 to $250.00 .
20 SECTION 2: A. resolution of December 2, 1968, of the same subject
21 matter is repealed.
22 SECTION 3: This fund shall be used for handling C.O.D. deliveries,
23 paying for registered or certified mail, emergency,expenditures for
24 items that are not available through the Nor -Bel Nursing Home's
25 regular open account suppliers, -to make change and to exchange
26 currency, as may from time to time be required or appropriate in
27 the course of the Nor -Bel Nursing Home's business.
