ORDINANCE NO. 80 -9
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
FOR THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT'S 1980 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Planning Department has entered into
a contract.with Kramer, Chin & Mayo for the purposes of updating
the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the majority of the work and billing will be done in
1980, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and request of the Planning Director to
have a Supplemental Budget to transfer the appropriated 1979
money to the 1980 Budget for expenditure on this contract.
NOTE, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Supplemental Budget
is hereby authorized for the Whatcom County Planning Department's
1980 Budget:
REVENUE: 301 Cash Balance $ 12,561.14
EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0019 Planning
517- 10 -31 -01 Professional Services $ 12,561.14
