AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE 1982 LAW LIBRARY FUND
WHEREAS, the expenditure level for books has exceeded the
budgeted level for ,1982 due to the inpreaped cost of purchase,
and
WHEREAS, there are unbudgeted funds received from Court Costs,
Fees, and Charges which may be appropriated to cover these .
expenditures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby adopted for the 1982 Law Library Fund:.
0111 -0403 Law Library Fund
341 -10 Court Costs, Fees, & Charges $500.00
512- 70 -64 -01 Books A Other Library Equipment $500..00
BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of public peace, safety, and for support.
