ORDINANCE N0. 82 -105
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
AS RELATED TO JAIL CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, construction expenditures for the new Whatoom County
Jail are projected to exceed the State Grant level, and
WHEREAS, there are unbudgeted dollars in the Federal Shared
Revenue Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby approved for the Federal Shared Revenue Fund:
0199 -0034 Federal Shared Revenue
301 Unbudgeted Cash Balance ($20,892.50)
523 -50 -62 Construction (Jail) $200892.50
