ORDINANCE NO. 82 -102
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
TO THE SHERIFF BUDGET
IN THE 1982 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
WHEREAS, certain monies derived from a Sheriff's Sale of
nonclaimed property have been deposited into the Suspense Fund,
and
WHEREAS, it is the request of the County Sheriff to now utilize
this money for the purchase of evidence- related items by
revision of the Sheriff Budget to allow for said expenditure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the County Treasurer is directed
to transfer the sum of $2,978.04 into the Current Expense fund,
revenue account number 369- 20.- 00 -00;
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED the Sheriff" Budget is Revised to reflect
this additional revenue in the form of expenditure line item
0000 -0022- 521 -21 -22 Operating Supplies $2,97$.04
