ORDINANCE NO. 82 -77
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE
DISTRICT COURT BUDGET WITHIN
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
WHEREAS, costs incurred by the District Court Office for 1982
are exceeding the anticipated levels of expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the need for continuing expenditures for District
Court and Adult Probation services will continue for the
remainder of the year, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the 1982 Ending Fund
Balance to allow for a supplement to the budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby approved for the District Court Budget within the 1982
Current Expense Fund:
0000 -0013 DISTRICT COURT BUDGET
