ORDINANCE NO. 82 -71
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
ASSIGNED COUNSEL BUDGET, of 1982
WHEREAS, the level of expenditure in the Assigned Counsel
Budget has exceeded the funding as approved for 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Assigned Counsel Department Will need additional
funding to continue its operation throughout the remainder of
the year, and
WHEREAS, there are unbudgeted dollars in the Current Expense
Fund to allow for this budget revision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby approved for the Current Expense Fund Assigned Counsel
Budget of 1982:
