ORDINANCE NO. 82 -64
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
ALCOHOLISM REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, an Alcoholism Revolving Fund in the amount of $200.00
was established by Resolution on March-4, 1970, for the purpose
of making advance purchase of bus and /or train fares for
individuals referred to treatment resources outside of Whatcom
County, and
WHEREAS, it is the, desire and request of the Director of
Community Alcoholism Services to increase the base amount of
this fund from $200.00 to $400.00;
NOW,-THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Alcoholism Revolving Fund is
hereby increased to a base amount of $400.00, and the County
Treasurer is authorized to issue a check for the $200.00
increase to said fund.
