ORDINANCE NO.. 82 -40
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
IN THE FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE TO PROVIDE
FUNDING FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF THE NOR -BELL
WASTEWATER FACILITY PLAN
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has entered into an agreement for
modification of a contract with an engineering consultant
for development of Interceptor -201 Wastewater Facility
Plan; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the final phase of
the study, prior to acceptance of the grant, is not grant
eligible; and
WHEREAS, the billing under the contract was not budgeted
for in 1982; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that said work must be
completed prior to acceptance of the grant by the County
Council; and
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue funds are available to
contribute to this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the following revised budget
is hereby approved for the Federal Shared Revenue Fund:
