ORDINANCE NO. 82 -35
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF CHANGING THE STOP
SIGN CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF SEACREST DRIVE AND SUNRISE
ROAD, LUMMI ISLAND.
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCW 46.61.200, it is found
necessary and expedient to place traffic control signs on
certain County roads, and
WHEREAS, an Engineering investigation was conducted and
it was determined that the conditions warrant an intersection
control modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that stop sign control at
the "T" intersection of Seacrest Drive and Sunrise Road, Section
15, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, W.M., be changed as follows:
A stop sign shall be installed on Sunrise Road at
Seacrest Drive, stopping eastbound traffic. The stop
sign currently on Seacrest Drive at Sunrise Road,
stopping southbound traffic shall be removed.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED
