ORDINANCE NO. 82 -31
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY BUDGET WITHIN
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
WHEREAS, costs incurred by the Prosecuting Attorney Office for
Professional Services are exceeding the anticipated levels of
expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the need for continuing expenditures for professional
services will continue for the remainder of the year, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the 1982 Ending Fund
Balance to allow for a supplement to the budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby approved for the Prosecuting Attorney Budget within the
1982 Current Expense Fund:
0000 -0020 PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
REVENUE:
501 1982 Ending Fund Balance

EXPENDITURE:
515 -20 -31 Professional Services $23,050.00
