ORDINANCE NO. 82 -29 y
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
TO THE 1982 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
TO PROVIDE FOR THE NOR- BEL'WASTEWATER FACILITY PLAN
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has entered into an agreement for
modification of a contract with an engineering consultant for
development of an Interceptor -201 Wastewater Facility Plan, and
WHEREAS, the final phases of this study have carried over into
1982, however, billing under this contract was not budgeted for
1982, and
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Funds are available to
contribute to this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that a total of $3,527.20 be
appropriated from Federal Shared Revenue Funds to be expended
for a portion of the costs related to the Nor -Bel Wastewater
Plan:

EXPENDITURE:
0199 -0034 Federal Shared Revenue
