AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A
REVISED BUDGET TO THE 1983-CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
HEARING EXAMINER BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, a change in personnel within the Hearing Examiner
Department will necessitate revisions to the 1983 budget, and
WHEREAS, currently budgeted funds do. not allow for line item
transfers to sufficiently cover pending expenditures, and
WHEREAS, unbudgeted monies are available in the Current Expense
Fund to allow for supplemental funding:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following revised budget is
hereby approved for the 1983 Current Expense Fund, Hearing
Examiner Budget therein:
501 Ending Fund Balance ($6,304.00)
0000 -0005 Hearing Examiner
517- 61 -11 -01 Hearing Examiner $5,528.00
517- 61 -13 -01 Retirement $ 405.00
517- 61 -13 -02 Social Security $ 371.00
$6,304.00
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council finds that
this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, haelth, safety and /or support of the County
government. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
approval by the County Executive.
