ORDINANCE NO. 83 -91
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY RIVER IMPROVEMENT
FUND 1983 BUDGET
WHEREAS, a portion of the funding received from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, Disaster Response and Recovery Program,is
designated for river projects not previously budgeted in the 1983 River
Improvement Fund; and
WHEREAS, these river projects are estimated to cost $140,000
with 75% of the County's eligible costs, after property owner's share,
being reimbursed by the F.E.M.A. program in the amount of approximately
$70,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the River Improvement Fund
1983 budget be supplemented as follows:
